Trial Classes
About Our No-Fault Trial Classes:
At KJ's Gymnastics, we are please to be able to offer what we call no-fault trial classes for new students.
- No-fault trial class = You are charged for the price of one class at our non-member rate. If you decide to continue, we will retroactively drop the price of your first class to our member rate, as if you had been a member all along, and been charged the lower price. The difference in price is applied to future classes.
- Must be requested ahead of time - please no walk-ins.
- When you request online, you will not be charged until it has been approved by our office staff, at which time, you will be sent an e-statement for the charge. Payment is due no later than the day of your trial.
- Can be scheduled no sooner than 1 week ahead of the date of the trial.
- Trial classes will not be approved for the first week of the school-year in September, or the first week of summer classes in July, as we need to hold space for actively enrolled students.
How to Request a Trial Class:
1. Go to our Parent Portal clicking this link: https://app.iclasspro.com/parentportal/kjsgym
2. If you do not already have one, make a new account by clicking, "Create Account."
3. Please enter/update your contact information & accept our current policies & waiver.
4. Enter your student’s name, birth date, & gender
5. On the side menu, click "Booking" then "Find a class" and choose the student for whom you would like to request a trial. Use the filters to narrow down which classes are applicable to your student.
6. Once you find a class, click "Request a trial." Do not change the Session filter, and let us know if you have any questions under "Anything else we need to know?"
7. Click "Add to Cart," review your request, and don't forget to click "Complete Transaction."
