Class Procedures & Prices for 2026-2027

Unenrollment

• Unenrollment can be done at any time, but must be submitted through the Parent Portal or in a written email. Please do not try to unenroll your child by word of mouth, as you may still be subject to charges for the next tuition period. 
• Any requests to change/adjust/cancel any enrollment must be made in writing or through the Parent Portal.
• Tuition is non-refundable once the due date occurs. Dates can be found on our website and on your e-statement each month.
• We do not issue credits or refunds for missed classes.
• We are able to credit your Parent Portal account for future classes when at least 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the class time.
• Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally tell us that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If you know you will need to drop from a class, please plan ahead to avoid paying for classes you cannot attend.
• If you drop, you surrender your class spot, and we cannot promise it will become available again.

• During the school-year, tokens are automatically generated on the Parent Portal when you miss class, and you will receive a confirmation email. It can then be saved and redeemed at a later date to schedule a make-up from the Portal, or you may call or email to schedule.
• During summer classes, due to the flexy schedule, tokens will not be automatically generated, but you may call or email to be issued a token if you miss one of your 5, 6, or 7 classes.
• Only one make-up token per student may be redeemed at a time. 
• Must be actively enrolled to redeem, and make-up classes cannot be scheduled for after the drop date. 
• Please redeem in advance via email, speaking with the front desk staff, or the Parent Portal. We kindly ask for no drop-ins.
• While there is no limit to the number of tokens issued, the ability to redeem them is based on availability and not guaranteed.
• Tokens expire upon unenrollment from the program OR 180 days after the token was issued/the end of the summer session (whichever comes first). After a student’s drop date, any remaining make-ups or make-up tokens that accrued during that enrollment are forfeited. All make-up tokens expire at the end of the summer session to give a clean slate before September. If you have any concerns about completing your make-up classes within this timeframe, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to work with you and your schedule.
• Make-up tokens have no monetary value. We cannot offer credit for unused tokens.

• Please arrive in time to check in at the front desk (5-10 minutes early), as we may be busy during peak hours.
• Please pick up your child on time.
• Please let us know if you will be arriving late for pick-up. Please have your child wait inside the building and escort them from the building to your car.
• During peak hours, the parking lot will be crowded. Please take others into consideration, especially smaller children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Never let your child run to or from your car.
