Our 2026 Summer Session schedule has arrived and enrollment is LIVE on the Parent Portal!
Flex Scheduling
Sign up for 5, 6, or 7 weeks and only attend the weeks that you wish. We certainly wouldn’t want to stand in the way of a family vacation or other planned event that conflicts with classes, and there’s no need to worry about scheduling a make-up class. Choose the number of weeks using the “Billing Schedule” drop down when you check out.
Summer Enrollment Info
- Get started with our Parent Portal by clicking the big blue button at the top of any website page!
- While we do not issue credits or refunds for missed classes, you can make up the class if you have to miss the session you’ve already paid for.
- Our summer class session is finite, so if you want to continue into the fall, you will need to enroll again when our 2026-2027 school-year schedule is finalized in July.
- Our staff would be more than happy to help you with transfers or make-up sessions.
Cancellation/Unenrollment
- Unenrollment must be done through a Parent Portal drop request or email.
- Cancellations with less than 14 days before the start of the first class day in the session will be issued gym credit only, no refunds.
- We will not issue credits or refunds for missed classes.
- If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we’d be happy to credit your Parent Portal account for future classes.
- Once the cancellation is complete, you give up your class spot, and we cannot make any promises about re-enrolling in the same class date and time.
